Here is some basic information for all our banners:
MATERIAL: We use only the best solution dyed marine acrylic fabric guaranteed to resist fading for five years, and Ban-R-Dark which is specially formulated and manufactured from material with heavy duty nylon scrim for superior outdoor durability. Time tested in the field for over 14 years, Ban-R-Dark allows designers greater flexibility in designing custom banners.
FINISHING: All marine acrylic banners are bound on the sides with 100% acrylic binding that is cross-stiched front and back. Ban-R-Dark sides are trimmed to bleed. All banner pockets are lined with vinyl material on the inside of the pocket for a double layer of protection and durability. Our plastisol screen print inks are the highest industry standards formulated to reduce fade. Add UV heavy duty nylon thread and solid brass SPUR grommets and our banners repeatedly out-perform our competitors!
STOCK BANNERS: Stock banners come in two or three sizes: 30” x 60”, 30” x 84” and 30” x 96”. Not all design are available in all three sizes. Of course we can always customize a stock banner to fit your needs. The newer light poles come with varying sizes of permanently affixed brackets. Please call for custom pricing for these smaller sized poles.
CUSTOM BANNERS: We wrote the book! If you don’t see something you like, fax us your ideas or call to discuss them with one of our representatives. Our art staff will design a banner program to your specifications. Let your imagination run wild with 4-color process printing. Photographs, percentage screening and endless amounts of color are all possible and affordable. We create all film in-house, and pass the savings on to our customers.
ADJUSTABLE BRACKETS: The Windmaster Bracket comes complete with all necessary hardware. The arms are fiberglass designed to flex with the wind load and come back to their original position. The backplates are secured to the poles with supplied stainless steel banding. The arms are removable so you can change from a double display to a single display or take all arms down when brackets are not in use if desired. The arms are adjustable up and down two and one-half inches. All brackets have been jet engine windload tested for success up to 77 mph sustained winds.
WARRANTY: All banners installed according to our installation instructions are warranted for five seasons or fifteen continuous months. Brackets are warranted for life. Warranty is non-prorated.
